Eligible for Return / Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- If you receive a damaged item
- If you receive a defective product
- If you receive a wrong item
In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement.
Size Issue Returns / Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges due to size issues are accepted
- A ₹100 folding charge will be deducted from the refund amount
Important Conditions
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Non-Returnable Conditions
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The saree has been worn
- The saree has been washed
- The saree has been altered
- The saree has been damaged after delivery
